WorkHorse Flash Cure Mercury Manual Flash WorkHorse CapMax Flash

Anatol

The Anatol Radiant Panel Flash provides colour-blind longwave infrared flashing at a budget price. Stand Mounted models, primarily for manual carousels and Prodigy semi-automatic machines are available with or without full temperature controls and in optional 'Pivot'model. 18 x 20" heated panel.

The Radiant Panel Shuttle Flash is designed for foolproof flashcuring on automatic machines. The Shuttle Flash hooks into the squeegee carriage of any printhead, and, once synched in with the press control box, will automatically slide out and away from the platen area when the machine stops indexing. This eliminates accidental scorching. The flash automatically shuttles back into position when production is resumed.

Rapid Wave
brings the power of quartz flashing to both manual and automatic applications. Quartz tubes instantly go from cold to cure temperature virtually instantaneously, flashing only on demand. This not only ensures hazard-free operation but reduces heat leakage to adjacent screens.

Accu-Temp offers a new level of control to the flashcuring process. Powerful quartz units make for extremely fast flash times, while fan-driven airflow buffers the surface temperature of the substrate to safeguard delicate fabrics. Forced air is also channelled around the perimeter of the Accu-temp to keep the housing cool and prevent heat leakage to inks in adjacent screens.

The Q-Runner allows a printhead to be used for printing AND flashing atthe same time! Safe and effective servo-drive is used to shuttle a thin quartz element up and down the length of the platen but underneath the screen for fast flash-curing. The shuttle technique avoids using a large single panel with the possibility of heat leaks fusing ink in the screen during use. Q-Runner allows the multiple flashing needed on modern complex designs on dark shirts without needing extra printheads.

FF-1616C FastFlash Manual Units
These units are specifically designed to successfully flash cure in seconds. They are an excellent substitute for a conveyor dryer because they fully cure in 20 to 60 seconds. They come equipped with a rotating head and a height adjustment of 30" to 40". Casters and rheostat heat control are available options.

FFA-1616C QuickFlash Automatic Base Option
An automatic flash base is also available. This machine operates on a timer that moves the head out over a platen for a specified amount of time and then returns it to a home position. It ensures that no garment will be under or over flashed and it eliminates the possibility of scorching or burning.
