 DZ
307-CL is a clear diazo photoemulsion intended for use with p and solvent-based
inks. This high-quality, yet economical emulsion reaches exposure speeds
of many dual cure systems. It's high viscosity won't sag in low mesh counts,
yet it's rheology allows high stencil buildup with minimal coatings. DZ
307-CL is ideal for even easier on-press registration and faster exposure
times. It offers consistent performance and is freeze/thaw stable.

307 has been tested to withstand over 40,000 impressions!.

 PC
701 is not only one of the fastest exposing one-parts, but it's the highest
solids content emulsion you'll ever use! The extreme solids content of 52%
allows you to use minimal coatings and speeds dry times. Designed for the
textile printer, it has excellent resistance to plastisol and solvent-based
inks. Caution: PC 701 is fast! Testing has shown PC 701 to expose more than
3 times faster than other SBQ emulsions.

 DZ
343 is a violet diazo cure photoemulsion for water based and plastisol inks.
Image Mate once again proves you can get higher solids, faster exposure,
and great durability for an honest price. DZ 343's combination of medium
viscosity and extreme 48% solids gives printers greater versatility and
value. If that wasn't enough, DZ 343 will stand thousands of water-based
ink prints without using a hardener and still have easy reclaimability.

565 is a premium, red emulsion for the most quality-critical, high demanding
print jobs. With the highest solids of any known dual cure, wide exposure
latitude and non-lock-in features, DC 565 is likely the most user friendly
emulsion available. |

A dual-curing, one-part emulsion for high-end applications. This red photopolymer has low viscosity, yet is packed with 44% solids, resulting in easy stencil buildup on medium to high mesh counts. PC787 holds exceptional detail like a dual cure, but cures in half the exposure time. Formultated for graphic printing, PC787 will endure thousands of impressions with plastisol, UV and conventional inks and will always reclaim easily. Ready to use with extended shelf life. |

 DC521 is a blue photoemulsion for every print job. Whether its for garments or graphics, DC521 will endure thousands of prints without locking up. It's low viscosity allows for smooth coating on medium to high mesh counts. DC521 has a performance/price ratio that is hard to beat. |
